A 30-year-old resident of Lubin fell into the hands of officers on Tuesday, October 27, 2015. At his home, officers found nearly 70 grams of marijuana and more than 70 g of amphetamine.
It was also established that the man had been dealing marijuana for several months (approximately 500 g were involved). The 30-year-old admitted that he sold narcotics outside schools in Lubin.
At the prosecutor's request, the court remanded the 30-year-old in temporary custody for three months. He faces up to 10 years in prison.
