Criminal police officers from the Bolesławiec police headquarters arrested 3 residents of the county, aged between 22 and 27, who are suspected of possessing and supplying drugs. The officers searched the residential and outbuilding premises occupied by the suspects in Bolesławiec and the Gromadka municipality. They found 1,600 commercial doses of methamphetamine and marijuana.
The officers are investigating where the young men obtained the drugs and who they were intended for.
The arrested men will now answer for their actions before a court. Possession of narcotic substances is punishable by up to 3 years in prison, while drug trafficking carries a sentence of up to 10 years.
