TOP’s third-league team drew with Granica Bogatynia

TOP Bolesławiec, playing in the third league, played another match, this time against Granica Bogatynia. Despite good performances by our young players, the match ended in a 9:9 draw. TOP’s points were scored by: Tycjan Banaś, 3; Mateusz Kowal, 3.5; Mirosław Jaślan, 2.5. The match against Bogatynia should have ended in a decisive TOP victory, but the team’s coach, Marcin Wołowicki, played very poorly, unexpectedly losing all of his matches. Despite the draw, TOP remains in first place in the third-league standings, with a three-point lead over the team from Jelenia Góra.
