The incident occurred on Monday (12 October) in Bolesławiec, at the intersection of Asnyka Street and Karola Miarki Street. According to police findings, a 42-year-old resident of Gmina Bolesławiec, driving a Volvo, failed to yield the right of way to the driver of a Škoda.
The woman was following cars that were proceeding on the so-called “green arrow.” However, she herself entered the intersection when the light was already red. The Škoda driver was taken to hospital. Whether the incident will be classified as an accident or a collision depends on his condition.
