A new traffic lane has been built on Wrocławska Street in this part of the city, allowing safe and convenient access to the Tax Office. It was constructed where a pavement previously stood; the pavement was moved further into the site. The surroundings have changed completely thanks to the creation of a beautiful square in front of the new Tax Office building.
As part of this project, the reconstructed car park on Jordana Street, with 22 spaces, was made available to users several months ago. A new 220-metre-long concrete-block road was built towards Jordana Street, with a 6-metre-wide carriageway. Pavements made of paving blocks were built on both sides, measuring 2–2.75 metres in width. A further 52 parking spaces, including spaces for people with disabilities, were created along the section from Wrocławska Street to Jordana Street.
The investment, worth approximately PLN 1.2 million, titled “Construction of a transport system for the area of economic and social activation between Wrocławska Street – Zielona Street and Jordana Street – Orła Białego Street in Legnica”, connected the Tax Office building to the municipal transport network while also improving it.
The final clean-up works are being completed, and the exit from Wrocławska Street will be opened shortly.
