Police officers from the Criminal Division of Police Station I in Jelenia Góra identified and arrested a 30-year-old man suspected of a series of property-related offences committed in September this year in Jelenia Góra and throughout Jelenia Góra County.
The suspect robbed houses and flats, taking only money and gold jewellery. He committed the break-ins when the owners were away, either at work or out of town for some time. The victims’ total losses amount to tens of thousands of złotys.
Police have initially established that the 30-year-old is responsible for at least nine such offences. The arrested man faces up to 10 years in prison.
