Thanks to the Legnica Civic Budget and community involvement, we are changing the city and enriching the space closest to us so that life becomes more convenient, healthier and better. In short, the LBO is just the thing.
During the second edition of the Legnica Civic Budget, the following were created: a recreational and sports centre on Żwirki i Wigury Street, an outdoor gym on Tatrzańska Street in the Piekary A housing estate, and a recreational area at Primary School No. 20; the sports field on Oświęcimska Street was modernised and a playground was built at Primary School No. 9.
The following were also created: a playground with a basketball court on Goździkowa Street, an outdoor gym at Primary School No. 1, a pavement on Struga Street and a calisthenics park in the City Park. A car park on Wielkiej Niedźwiedzicy Street is currently under construction.
We can see all these facilities at a special outdoor exhibition entitled “They Voted – They Won”, at the intersection of Złotoryjska Street and the Market Square.
