The auction will be held pursuant to Article 105 of the Act of June 17, 1966, on administrative enforcement proceedings (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1619, as amended).
The list of items going under the hammer contains as many as 73 lots. The list is available in an attachment on www.legnica.eu.
The prices are truly exceptionally attractive. The auction will include as many as 15 bicycles, a wheelchair, numerous car wheel covers and other automotive accessories, car radios, 15 mobile phones, women's handbags, bags and wallets, and mechanical and electronic devices.
The opening bid at the first auction is 75 percent of the appraised value of the item being auctioned. The bidding increment is:
- for items with an appraised value below PLN 50 – PLN 5
- for items with an appraised value from PLN 50 to PLN 100 – PLN 10
- for items with an appraised value of PLN 100 or more – PLN 15.
If the first auction does not take place, the second will be held fifteen minutes later on the same day and at the same location. The opening bid at the second auction is 50 percent of the appraised value of the item being auctioned.
The items intended for sale by auction can be viewed on the same day (September 29) from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at the premises (a garage in the courtyard) at 7 Szkolna Street in Legnica.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the auction without stating a reason.
