Price: PLN 50.84 per m² (in words: fifty zlotys and 84/100). The price of a 10-are plot is PLN 50,840 (in words: fifty thousand eight hundred and forty zlotys). The value of the 9 building plots in Łaziska, with a total area of 10,705 m², is PLN 514,275.00 (in words: five hundred and fourteen thousand two hundred and seventy-five zlotys).

In March 2022, the owner of these properties commissioned a property appraiser to value the plots. The appraiser determined the market value of the properties to be PLN 1,481,400.00 (in words: one million four hundred and eighty-one thousand zlotys), including: PLN 140.55 per m². The price of a 10-are plot is PLN 140,055 (in words: one hundred and forty thousand and fifty-five zlotys). The valuation report for the plots is below.
