The County co-financed the Information Point for People with Disabilities, which is located in the new office premises (12 Armii Krajowej Street; ground floor, room 4) and is open from Monday to Friday, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.. The PION is run by the Warsaw-based Active Rehabilitation Foundation, and its staff provide service at the point.
Who can benefit, among others, from free legal assistance? People with disabilities, their caregivers, as well as employers. “We are closely monitoring the operation of this Point. Interest is very high,” Stanisław Chwojnicki noted. “If it proves successful and people want it, such a point will also operate here next year,” County Head Dariusz Kwaśniewski added.
