The organizers—the Legnicki Klub Sportowy Trójka Physical Culture Association—invite teams consisting of 6–10 people, including at least three women. Applications may be submitted by associations, universities of the third age, organizations, clubs and groups bringing together older people.
Each team should have its own name, a “battle” cheer and outfits that are as uniform as possible, such as caps or T-shirts. The judging panel will award points in the following events: team presentation (originality of the name, outfit and cheer), giant caterpillar races, the Eagle Eye tournament (archery), a dance competition, a mini Egyptian ball tournament and a fashion show (tissue-paper outfits). The teams will also compete in balloon twisting and blowing giant soap bubbles.
Participants will receive trophies and certificates, as well as small prizes.
