The competition is part of the social campaign “Legal Highs Steal Life”, launched in July. School representatives may participate in it, represented by groups consisting of any number of students and at least one adult supervisor. The recordings, whose central theme is to promote a lifestyle free from legal highs, may not exceed 40 seconds.
The winners will be selected by the Competition Jury, consisting of experts from the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of National Education and the Ministry of Health. Police officers, as well as representatives of the media and a non-governmental organisation, will also sit on the Jury. The three best entries will be honoured, and the educational institutions from which the spots originate will receive cash prizes.
Additionally, films ranked from fourth to ninth by the Jury will take part in an online users’ competition. The entries will be posted on the Facebook profile of the “Legal Highs Steal Life” campaign, and the one receiving the most likes will receive a special users’ prize.
The deadline for submitting entries is 30 September 2015.
