First, the forest undergrowth caught fire in Warta Bolesławiecka. Approximately 15 ares were burned. Firefighters from the Bolesławiec County Headquarters of the State Fire Service and volunteer firefighters from Warta Bolesławiecka, Tomaszów Bolesławiecki, Jurków and Różyniec took part in the operation.
A short while later, a fire broke out in a forest in Iwiny. Approximately 5 ares were burned.
