As part of the investment, the following will be built: a 206 m section of internal road with a bituminous surface, a sidewalk, an exit from Kwiatowa Street, and a stormwater drainage system. The new road will be illuminated by 6 streetlights.
The connection of Gdańska and Kwiatowa streets will provide access to the existing properties and the newly constructed multi-family building (TBS) from two directions. This will significantly improve safety and organize traffic on the neighboring streets, particularly on Gdańska Street.
The contractor is “Rob-Bud” Roboty Budowlane Maciej Ziółkowski from Bolesławiec. The investment is valued at PLN 512,244. The funds come from the city budget. The work is scheduled for completion in October 2015.
