Police officers from the Prevention Department of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Jelenia Góra noticed a teenager on one of the streets in Jelenia Góra. He was sitting in a car and behaving nervously. When the officers wanted to open the door and check his identity, he... drove away.
The officers, together with a motorized patrol, detained the minor after several minutes. He is a 16-year-old resident of Jelenia Góra County who, several hours earlier, had got into an unlocked car with the keys inside on one of the streets of Jelenia Góra and driven away. The vehicle's owner reported the theft.
The 16-year-old will answer for his actions before the family court.
