Hospitals have admitted people suffering from acute poisoning. The Ministry of Internal Affairs is appealing and warning people not to buy or take such substances. Producers and sellers of legal highs are driven primarily by profit, with no regard for human life. By selling legal highs, they are selling death!

The list will also be forwarded to all ministries, voivodeship offices and counties:
- 800 060 800 – Free, 24-hour helpline of the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate. At this telephone number, you can obtain information about the negative effects of taking legal highs and available treatment options. The helpline is also intended for parents who are unsure whether their children are taking legal highs. Information that may help the services reach people selling these illegal substances can also be passed on to the GIS helpline
- 116 111 – Helpline for Children and Young People. It is intended for children and young people who need support, care and protection. It gives callers the opportunity to express their concerns, talk about matters important to them and make contact in difficult situations. The helpline is operated by the Nobody's Children Foundation. The line is available daily from 12:00 to 20:00; online help is available at www.116111.pl/napisz. In 2014 alone, specialists held 3,205 conversations concerning legal highs
- 800 100 100 – Helpline for parents and teachers on children's safety. This is free and anonymous telephone and online assistance for parents and teachers who need support and information on preventing and helping children experiencing problems and difficulties resulting from problems and risky behaviours such as aggression and violence at school, cyberbullying and threats related to new technologies, sexual abuse, contact with psychoactive substances, addictions, depression, suicidal thoughts and eating disorders. The helpline is operated by the Nobody's Children Foundation. The line is available Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 18:00; online help is available at pomoc@800100100.pl. - 800 12 12 12 – Children's Ombudsman Helpline. People seeking help and information about legal highs can also use the Children's Ombudsman's helpline. The number is intended both for children and adults who wish to report problems involving children. The helpline is open Monday to Friday from 8:15 to 20:00. After 20:00 and on non-working days, anyone can describe a problem and leave a contact number
- 112 – The single emergency number applicable throughout the European Union.
