A new parking lot is being built at 4 Jana Pawła II Street. I find it strange that no sewer system has been connected, while paving blocks will be laid any day now. After a downpour like the one we have just had, we will have another SWIMMING POOL. I will not even mention the lighting.
At the Bolesławianka Housing Cooperative, I received no answer to my question about the sewer system and lighting.
“No one has intervened with us on this matter,” responds Piotr Hetel, president of the Bolesławianka Housing Cooperative. “I spoke with the administration, the technical department and the supervising inspectors.”
As the head of the Bolesławianka Housing Cooperative explains, the parking lot will be built using jumbo slabs. Drainage was indeed not included in the design because the water will seep into the ground. “This design was approved by the County Office. We have parking lots like this elsewhere, and they work well,” P. Hetel reassures. “The lighting is included in the design and will be installed,” he adds.
