The incident took place on one of the streets in Jelenia Góra. The victim was sitting on a bench in front of his house. The attacker, who had previously been drinking alcohol with her friends, approached him and demanded money. When he refused, she assaulted and robbed him. Her loot was a watch worth PLN 600.
The victim notified the police. The attacker was arrested. She could face up to 12 years in prison.
The district prosecutor in Jelenia Góra placed the 44-year-old woman under police supervision. Furthermore, she is prohibited from leaving the country and contacting the victim.
