On July 6, in the early morning hours, police officers from Bogatynia received information about men carrying various items out of allotment garden sheds. The 27- and 28-year-olds were arrested. The officers found drills, grass trimmers, grinders and other items in their possession.
As the police established, the men had earlier smashed the windows of garden sheds, entered them and taken power tools worth several thousand zlotys. The police recovered all the stolen items. They were returned to their owners.
The suspects were taken into police custody. They face up to 10 years in prison.
