Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn detained a thief while patrolling the Gromadka commune at night. The incident took place in one of the parking lots where TIR drivers stop to rest.
According to the officers’ findings, the 37-year-old resident of the Nowogrodziec commune arrived at the crime scene in his car, which contained two prepared plastic containers, each with a capacity of 30 litres. He was caught red-handed.
The 37-year-old had previously been convicted. He now faces up to 5 years in prison.
