Work has been completed on the development of a recreational area for children and young people on Starzyńskiego Street. As part of the project, three sports fields were built where young people can actively spend their free time. All the fields are located within a single complex. The beach volleyball court measures 20 m x 13 m. The football field, meanwhile, occupies an area measuring 30 m x 20 m.
The complex also includes a street basketball court measuring 18 m x 9 m. The court surface is made of paving blocks. All the fields are enclosed with so-called ball-stop netting. The project was carried out by the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre in Bolesławiec. More than PLN 41,000 from the city budget was spent on the construction of the three fields.
