Officers received information that the 40-year-old might be keeping drugs at home. Their suspicions were confirmed. The smell of marijuana was clearly noticeable in the Jelenia Góra resident’s apartment.
It turned out that the man had a bag hidden in a wardrobe containing dried cannabis. Officers seized the drugs, from which more than 200 sale portions could have been obtained.
Police are currently checking where the marijuana came from and whether the man had been dealing it.
The 40-year-old faces up to 10 years in prison. The prosecutor placed him under police supervision, set bail at PLN 1,000 and banned him from leaving the country.
