She Used Her Neighbor’s Card. She Faces Up to 10 Years in Prison

Officers from the Criminal Department of Police Station I in Jelenia Góra detained a 40-year-old woman suspected of theft and burglary.

According to investigators, the incident took place in March this year in Jelenia Góra. The suspect used her neighbor’s payment card several times. The card, together with its PIN, accidentally ended up in her mailbox. The owner estimated his losses at several hundred zlotys.

When the victim realized that someone had used his card, he notified the police.

The 40-year-old woman faces up to 10 years in prison.
