Last year, 21-year-old Bolesławiec resident Maja Letko won the beauty contest organized by BOK-MCC and became the first Miss of the Bolesławiec Ceramic Festival.
“Maja’s beauty fascinated us from the very beginning,” said event initiator Maciej Kołodziejski. “We were looking for a girl with grace and presence, and Maja is exactly that. The contest went very well, and next year it will be even better, because I already have such plans,” promised the manager of the Matrix Hair Salon.
This year, the beauty contest has been expanded to include the selection of the most handsome man of the ceramic festival. The first casting has already taken place. The jury consisted of Agnieszka Podłaszczyk, a dance instructor at BOK-MCC; Katarzyna Maksymowicz (Werner), a Miss Poland ’99 finalist; stylist Paweł Saja; and Maciej Kołodziejski. The photographs show the first candidates: Justyna Gargulińska, Angelika Plizga, Paweł Sak and Paweł Wilk.
The winners of the Miss and Mister competition will receive a voucher for a trip abroad and material prizes. For one year, they will also represent the city of Bolesławiec and the Bolesławiec Ceramic Festival. Attractive prizes will also go to the other participants in the event.
If you are at least 17 years old, want to have fun, gain confidence and meet new people, come to the second casting for the Miss and Mister Bolesławiec Ceramic Festival competition, which will take place on May 22 at 6:00 p.m. at BOK-MCC.
