During the argument, the woman's 3-year-old daughter was in the apartment. The child was placed in the care of family members. The woman was arrested and placed in police custody. She was completely drunk. Her blood alcohol level was 2.9 per mille.
After receiving treatment, the injured man was released from hospital and then taken to a sobering-up centre. A test showed that he had more than 1.6 per mille of alcohol in his system.
Proceedings in the case are ongoing. The family court will decide the fate of the 3-year-old.
