From April 30 to May 3 (until late at night), officers from the Zgorzelec traffic police conducted operations on the roads of our county. Six intoxicated drivers were stopped. Fortunately, there were no road accidents; only 10 collisions were recorded.
At the same time, 30 accidents were recorded throughout the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in which 3 people died and 38 were injured. Moreover, Lower Silesian officers stopped 78 intoxicated drivers.
Meanwhile, 310 accidents occurred on roads throughout Poland, in which 30 people died and 408 were injured. Police officers stopped as many as 1,233 intoxicated drivers.
