The competition – held under the patronage of the Mayor of Bolesławiec – was a way for school students to join the celebrations marking another anniversary of the adoption of the first constitution in Europe. The event included an art competition for primary school pupils and a history competition for lower-secondary school students.
Seven Bolesławiec lower-secondary schools entered the history competition: GS No. 1, GS No. 2, GS No. 3, GS No. 4, PG Oxpress, I PG and II PG.
The winning team consisted of: Agata Dydak, Paulina Owerko and Tomislav Pranić from Municipal Lower-Secondary School No. 4. Second place went to students from Municipal Lower-Secondary School No. 1, while the team from the Second Private Lower-Secondary School came third.
The winners of the art competition “Bolesławiec in My Eyes” were: Maja Wojtowicz (Primary School No. 3), Milena Korzeniewicz (Municipal School Complex No. 3), Natalia Deberny (Municipal School Complex No. 2), Jakub Basiński (Municipal School Complex No. 2), Kacper Ryś (Municipal School Complex No. 2), Wiktoria Góra (Municipal School Complex No. 3), as well as Zuzanna Niewiadomska, Roksana Gwiazdoń, Nadia Maziarz and Zofia Zawrotniak – all from Municipal School Complex No. 1.
