This was the seventh edition of this type of operation. Forty officers took part this time—both from the Bolesławiec traffic unit and from neighboring district units.
During Tuesday’s operation (the activities were conducted on April 21, from 12:00 to 20:00), officers checked 316 vehicles, issued 223 fines and seized 29 registration certificates (because of the vehicles’ poor technical condition).
What is more, the police caught four drunk drivers and one wanted person.
