On Wednesday, April 15, around noon, Bolesławiec police officers received a report of electronic equipment being stolen from one of the single-family homes in Bolesławiec. The victim explained to the officers that he had been cleaning the grounds of his property and, after a while, noticed that his laptop and tablet were missing.
The officers established that the thief had taken advantage of the owner's inattention and entered through an open balcony door.
The Bolesławiec resident, who had previously come into conflict with the law, now faces up to five years in prison.
