Officers from the Criminal Department of the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec and the Voivodeship Police Headquarters in Wrocław dismantled a production line for synthetic drugs. Two Czechs, aged 23 and 49, were detained on suspicion of manufacturing narcotic drugs on a large scale.

The officers determined that drugs were being manufactured in a private apartment in Bolesławiec Municipality. The information was confirmed—the methamphetamine production line was dismantled. In addition, marijuana, considerable quantities of chemical substances and agents, equipment used to produce drugs, a significant amount of cash in various currencies, and a forged passport used by one of the men were seized.

The Czechs could now face up to 15 years in prison. For now, they have been placed in temporary custody by the court for three months.
