The incident occurred on Monday, April 13, at the intersection of Dolne Młyny Street and Wróblewski Street, near the viaduct. While leaving a minor road, the driver of a Volkswagen Bora, a 49-year-old resident of Bolesławice, failed to yield the right of way to the driver of a van (Volkswagen Crafter). The van was driven by a 70-year-old resident of Bolesławiec.
As a result of the collision, the passenger car also hit another van—a Peugeot Boxer driven by a 26-year-old resident of Warta Bolesławiecka. Fortunately, no one was injured in the collision. All the drivers were sober. The woman’s driving licence was confiscated for causing a collision involving three cars. The case will be decided by the court.
