This was the workshop’s first exhibition; its classes have been held since September 2014. Guests arriving at the foyer of CIK “Orzeł” were welcomed by Ewa Lijewska-Małachowska, Director of the Bolesławiec Cultural Centre–International Ceramics Centre. The exhibition featured nearly fifty outdoor and studio works on a variety of subjects, created by 12 amateurs: Anna Guzik, Henryk Kut, Iwona Champlewska, Iwona Miszyk, Kasia Ziembikiewicz, Małgorzata Tarczyńska, Milena Gajewska, Natalia Rydzak, Piotr Sadowski, Roksana Michalska, Sławomir Guzowski and Wiktoria Jędryczka. The photography workshop is led by two instructors who complement each other perfectly: Urszula Frąszczak-Matyjewicz is responsible for artistic animation, while Michał Piaskowski oversees the technical side of the classes. At the opening, the instructors praised their students’ skills, passion, commitment and perseverance.
In addition, more than one hundred selected photographs could be viewed as a multimedia presentation on the cinema screen. The exhibition can be viewed for one month during the opening hours of the Cultural Integration Centre “Orzeł”. Everyone is welcome.
