This year's amount for statutory tasks in the field of vocational and social rehabilitation available to the County is PLN 1,326,918 (including PLN 517,860—a commitment concerning co-financing for the activities of the Occupational Therapy Workshop in Bolesławiec).

The division of these funds among individual statutory tasks was made on the basis of the needs of disabled people identified by the District Labour Office in Bolesławiec, the Bolesławiec County Family Support Centre and the Starost Office (Department of Civic, Social and Health Affairs)—the bodies responsible for carrying out the tasks. It received a positive opinion from the County Social Council for Disabled Persons—the advisory and consultative body of the Bolesławiec Starost on matters concerning disabled people.
Employers wishing to equip workplaces for newly hired disabled employees may receive up to PLN 20,000 for each workplace, while individual disabled people may receive up to PLN 15,000 to start their own business.
PLN 30,000 was allocated for commissioning tasks to non-governmental organisations following an open call for proposals.
