The wind brought 27 trees down onto roads, four buildings and three roofs were damaged, as well as two power lines. One of the trees fell onto a noise barrier; the wind also damaged one advertising billboard.
There were 9 interventions in Bolesławiec itself, and 7 trees fell onto roads. Two buildings were damaged.
The strong wind knocked down, among other things, a tree growing near Jeleniogórska and another by Municipal Public Kindergarten No. 2 on Mikołaja Brody Street in Bolesławiec (fortunately, no one was hurt).
On March 31, volunteer firefighters from Nowogrodziec intervened three times in the municipality:
- at 4:27 p.m. – a large amount of tree branches was removed from the road between Nowogrodziec and Zebrzydowa
- at 4:34 p.m. – a branch was hanging over the road between Nowogrodziec and Zabłocie
- at 9:32 p.m. – a report of a road accident in Gościszów, which turned out to be false.
On March 31 in Kliczków (Osiecznica Municipality), a tree tore down a power line and narrowly missed hitting a residential building. Then another tree hit an outbuilding and a car (volunteer firefighters from Osiecznica intervened in both cases).
