The final of the Jelenia Góra Zone Championship of Secondary Schools in Girls’ Handball has come to an end. In the competition, organized by MOS Jelenia Góra, the team from the Jelenia Góra Complex of General and Technical Schools won, playing in the following lineup: Roksana Pyś, Sylwia Jasińska, Marcelina Ścigała, Barbara Barczyńska, Sara Michalewicz, Agnieszka Myślak, Klaudia Zwonik, Anna Herbut, Angelika Kurzynoga, Aleksandra Oreszczuk, Katarzyna Sławińska, Angelika Stefan and Kamila Herbut. The zone champions were coached by Jarosław Zawiślański.
Second place went to the handball players from the Complex of General and Secondary Schools in Mirsk. Representatives of the Bolesławiec Construction School Complex, coached by Rafał Tertel, finished in third place.
The Jelenia Góra team advanced to the provincial final.
