In the first part of the programme, before the commercial break, we learned that a dinner costing PLN 9.90 cost the owner approximately PLN 1.50, while Magda Gessler considered the old “Aniołek” a junkyard. The most interesting character, however, was a chef with highly controversial views on cooking. For example, he does not season the soup because people can do it themselves.

After the break, Magda tortured the owner by making her eat her own cutlet. The owner-teacher decided that she had been treated like a brat. Magda made no secret of her opinion of the restaurant in Bolesławiec, which resembled a dirty cookhouse. When questioned by Gessler, Barbara knew nothing about the tenement building in which she ran her restaurant, regional dishes or food in general. Magda was horrified by her lack of knowledge. A visit to a restaurant in Goerlitz and painting ceramics at the “Bolesławiec” Ceramic Works helped improve relations.

In Magda Gessler’s vision, Aniołek was to become a wine bar. However, many problems emerged.  Chef Jacek struggled more with the burners and the numerous equipment shortages than with the new dishes. In the end, it turned out that he was a miner, not a chef, while the restaurateur was in a stupor and no one believed she would wake up from it. There was also no one who could learn anything from Magda.

At dinner, the guests were delighted with old-style Hungarian goulash and a Silesian dish. However, all the dishes were cooked by Magda Gessler, not the chef. Three weeks later, Magda approved her Revolution. Was it successful? Vote in the poll. We also invite you to leave comments.
