“Szalotka” is a small restaurant located near the border crossing in Zgorzelec. Its owner is the energetic Marta, who is constantly working to make the establishment original and stand out from the other eateries in the city. The woman has plenty of ideas for attracting guests. Unfortunately, there were no guests. The atmosphere in the restaurant was becoming increasingly unbearable, and the mounting problems seemed to have no end.
Magda Gessler helped the restaurant in Łagów. The revolution turned out “f***ing great,” as the program’s host said. After the revolution, “Szalotka” changed its name to “Szarlotka z rumieńcem”. You can watch the full material on the TVN website for Kitchen Revolutions.
