The Bolesławiec District Office informs that non-governmental organizations and entities conducting public benefit activities may nominate their candidates to the electoral committee. The committee will select, by drawing lots, the members of the third term of the District Public Benefit Council from among the candidates nominated by organizations.
The electoral committee will consist of two representatives of the Bolesławiec District Office and two representatives of organizations.
Each organization may nominate one candidate to the committee. If more than two organization representatives are nominated, the committee members will be selected by drawing lots conducted by the Bolesławiec District Board.
The nomination for the electoral committee should include:
- the name and registered office of the nominating organization
- the candidate's first name and surname, address and contact telephone number
- the candidate's statement consenting to stand for election to the electoral committee
- the signature of the person or persons authorized to represent the organization.
Nominations must be submitted by March 17, 2015 to the Civil, Social Affairs and Health Department of the Bolesławiec District Office, 1 Piłsudskiego Square (“high-rise building”), room 712.
