Police officers from the Wałbrzych traffic unit stopped a woman driving along ul. Piastów Śląskich for a roadside check. The 39-year-old woman from Bolesławiec was behaving nervously, so the officers decided to check what she was carrying. In her handbag, the uniformed officers found marijuana and nearly 40 ecstasy tablets.
The woman was unable to explain how the drugs had ended up in her handbag. She now faces up to three years in prison.
