The incident occurred on February 25 at around 3:20 p.m. in Jelenia Góra. The driver of one of the trains notified the police duty officer that a woman was sitting on the tracks near Karola Miarki Street, preventing the train from continuing its journey.
When the patrol arrived at the scene, the woman had already moved off the tracks and was sitting on the embankment. As it turned out, she was completely drunk, with nearly 3.5 per mille of alcohol in her system. She could not stand on her own and it was also impossible to communicate with her.
The 42-year-old woman from Jelenia Góra was taken into police custody. Once she had sobered up, she was fined.
