The 21-year-old suspect was supposed to help a married couple from Jelenia Góra with housework. Instead... in November last year, she robbed them twice. She took gold jewelry (a wedding ring, a pendant and two rings).
When the owner realized that jewelry worth approximately PLN 3,000 had gone missing, she notified the police. She suspected the 21-year-old of the theft.
Her suspicions were confirmed. The homeless woman admitted to the crime and said that she had sold the stolen jewelry at one of the pawnshops.
The 21-year-old now faces up to five years in prison.
