Officers had been working on this case for some time. They determined that a 25-year-old resident of Lubin might possess significant quantities of drugs. The man had already been in conflict with the law and was doing everything possible to avoid falling into the hands of officers again.
Police officers organized an ambush for the 25-year-old in the city. The man attempted to flee, but unsuccessfully. He was arrested.
The officers seized more than 500 portions of marijuana and nearly 300 portions of amphetamine. At the prosecutor’s request, the court remanded the 25-year-old in temporary custody. He could face up to 10 years in prison.
