Both crimes took place in 2013. At that time, the 21-year-old from Bolesławiec robbed the same garage twice. First, he stole a lawnmower, and a week later he returned for a scooter. The owner estimated the losses at more than PLN 2,500.
The man, now 23, was arrested and admitted to the crime. He explained to the officers that he dismantled the stolen items and sold them at a scrap-metal collection point.
He now faces up to five years in prison.
