The Wednesday match between BKS Bolesławiec and Prochowiczanka Prochowice ended in a 0–2 defeat. From the opening minutes, the visitors attacked the Bolesławiec team’s goal. Sebastian Łokaj played in goal for BKS in the match against Prochowiczanka. In the 6th minute, the BKS goalkeeper saved a dangerous shot from the visitors. During the first quarter of an hour, the visitors dominated on the pitch. Bolesławiec’s first dangerous move came in the 16th minute. Jacek Jasiński crossed into the penalty area from the right side of the pitch. The ball reached Paweł Rissmann, but he shot straight into the defenders’ legs. Łukasz Rudyk attempted to follow up the rebound, but missed badly. From that moment, BKS began to gain the upper hand. Before the end of the first half, Bolesławiec created one more dangerous chance. In the 28th minute, Grzegorz Nowak shot from several metres out, but the ball went past the outside of the junction between the post and crossbar. In the 35th minute, the BKS goalkeeper made an excellent save. Sebastian Łokaj tipped a powerful shot from the visitors over for a corner.

The second half began badly for BKS. In the 48th minute, the visitors unexpectedly took the lead. Paweł Strzelczyk was the scorer. Following his shot, the ball bounced off the left post and went into the BKS goal. It could have been 1–1 in the 52nd minute. After an unfortunate intervention by the visitors’ defenders, the ball bounced off the crossbar. After conceding, Bolesławiec increased the pace and tried to equalise. The visitors also attacked, and there was a lot of play in the middle of the pitch. In the 59th minute, the BKS goalkeeper again made a successful save. Unfortunately, Prochowiczanka scored a second goal in the 68th minute. This time, Marek Sinkiewicz found the net.

Bolesławiec continued trying to change the result until the final whistle. In the 70th minute, Józef Pietrzak took a free kick, but the visiting goalkeeper managed to catch the ball. In the 78th minute, the crossbar saved Bolesławiec from conceding a third goal. There were no more goals in the match. There were, however, plenty of fouls. BKS finished the game with ten men after Paweł Demczar was shown a red card. The BKS player was punished for pushing an opponent who had fouled him earlier. Following Wednesday’s defeat, BKS are eighth in the IV liga dolnośląska table. BKS will play their next match on Saturday. In the away fixture, our players will face Polonia Trzebnica.
