Police officers from Nowogrodziec detained a man suspected of committing a burglary. The incident took place on the night of February 2–3, 2015. The perpetrator entered a garage and stole two aluminum rims with tires. He then smashed the window of a car parked there and took its radio.
The 22-year-old resident of our county admitted to the crime. Police recovered a significant portion of the stolen property, worth nearly PLN 500. It was returned to its owner.
The detainee faces up to 10 years in prison.
