On Monday, February 9, at around 11 p.m., the Lubin police duty officer received a report from residents of one of the apartment blocks in Lubin. According to their account, a small girl was walking around the stairwell, while sounds of drinking came from the apartment where she was supposed to be staying.
Police officers went to the scene. In the stairwell, they noticed a drunk woman pulling at a 4-year-old girl. She was the girl's mother.
At the time of her arrest, the 23-year-old had more than 2 promille of alcohol in her system. She was taken into police custody.
The family court will deal with the case.
