The detainee is a 26-year-old resident of Szklarska Poręba. He committed all the crimes (according to the officers, there were at least 11) last year in his hometown and in Piechowice. He broke into buildings and stole anything that he considered to have some value.
Among other things, he robbed a carpentry and metalworking workshop, making off with power tools worth approximately PLN 1,000. He also broke into garages, cellars and utility rooms.
The investigation is ongoing. The officers are clarifying all the circumstances of the case.
The 26-year-old resident of Szklarska Poręba faces up to 10 years in prison.
