A specialist intervention patrol sent to the site found a truck equipped with a container for transporting rubble in green areas located behind the swimming pool. The driver was also found at the scene. When he saw the patrol, he was removing municipal waste from the pile of construction waste he had dumped.
During the intervention, the man also pointed out other places where he had left waste. After checking the municipal office’s surveying system, it turned out that he had set up the illegal dump on land belonging to the municipality.
The officers immediately prepared a motion to the court to punish the person responsible for illegally disposing of waste.
