The Orzeł Cultural Integration Centre has been operating for a year, and during the winter holidays BOK-MCC instructors offered engaging activities to a hundred residents of Bolesławiec. Children, teenagers and adults took part in a mini-performance summing up the two-week workshops.
Participants in the theatre workshop led by Urszula Frąszczak-Matyjewicz portrayed the Olympic gods and goddesses; their amusing sketches were interspersed with performances by children and teenagers from the workshop of Agata Pińczuk-Burdzy. Participants in the photography workshops led by Michał Piaskowski presented their work in a multimedia show.
The nearly hour-long performance was watched by moved parents and friends of those who attended the winter activities at Orzeł. Great applause is due to the instructors, who managed to prepare amateurs for a stage performance in such a short time. The director of BOK-MCC thanked them for their commitment, for creating a positive and creative atmosphere, and for work that culminated in an enjoyable event.
