A significant part of these are investment projects requiring implementation in individual years using funds not only from the municipal budget, but in particular from various programmes and EU funds.
Therefore, as part of the procedure for public participation, the City is beginning work on a Multiannual Investment Plan. This document will be helpful in preparing the city’s budgets in the coming years and applying for external investment financing.
“I therefore ask you to submit proposals for investment tasks consistent with the development objectives and directions set out in the Jelenia Góra Development Strategy,” says Marcin Zawiła, the city’s mayor.
Proposals for investment tasks may be submitted by completing an investment application. Completed applications should be sent electronically to: wpi@jeleniagora.pl or delivered to the City Development Department at the City Hall (plac Ratuszowy 58, town hall annex, room 209) by the end of February 2015.
